Our cookies are most often found at hotels, restaurants, caterers, country clubs, and gourmet delis. For this market we offer frozen dough in pre-portioned sizes of 3 oz., 2 oz., and in most flavors a 1 oz. version. Bulk dough is available upon request. To meet the unique needs of our customers, we are able to produce our dough in different portions or any flavor they can dream up. All done to perfection!
