Hilton Head Cookie Company dough is made from award-winning recipes utilizing the finest milled flours and creamy butter, as well as offering abundant portions of chocolates, toffee, macadamias, pecans, walnuts, raisins, and dried fruits.

Pre-portioned cookies are available in two stock sizes; two (2) oz. and three (3) oz in all flavors. Some flavors are also available in smaller one (1) oz. size. The benefits of this include the elimination of portion control problems and the costly labor necessary for portioning the dough. Simply bake, cool, and serve. If the sizes do not suit your needs, we are capable of providing you with most any size needed.

Our pre-portioned Cookie Dough is packaged in eighteen (18) lb. boxes that are very easy to store in freezers and refrigerators due to their (12” L x 10” W x 6” H) measurements.

Shelf life of properly baked cookies is three (3) days. Refrigerated dough is ninety (90) days and frozen dough is one (1) year.
